The views of Loch Snizort Beag from the Family Room with Sea View were fine. The common areas, including the sun terrace and the comfy lounge, provided great spots to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The room got quite warm during an unexpectedly sunny spell. There were also challenges with dinner planning due to the remoteness of the location, as dining options were limited and required some foresight to avoid driving roads after dark. While a fan was provided upon request, I think having one in each room would be a wise addition-bugs came in when trying to ventilate. The breakfast options could use more variety to cater to different dietary preferences.

The views from our room were gorgeous, and the hostess, Jackie, was so enthusiastic and helpful with our sightseeing plans. We enjoyed the beautiful garden during sunny weather and appreciated the clean and spacious room. Planning for meals can be tricky due to the remote location, so I recommend having a strategy for dinner ahead of time.

The room offered striking views that enhanced the stay, but the heating was inadequate for winter, leaving it uncomfortably cold. Basic breakfast options were disappointing. Fresh homemade sweets would have been a good addition. Navigation to the hotel was challenging due to poor signage and overgrown foliage, difficult to locate at night.
